Human Resource Association of Martin County (HR Martin) is a non-profit SHRM Affiliate Chapter.  The mission of HR Martin County is to provide ongoing professional development, resources, networking and support for its members and the community.  We have a lot to offer you so be sure to learn all about us.  


HR Martin is run by volunteers and is always looking for members to volunteer to help with events or to sit on the executive committee or as a committee chairperson.  



Congratulations to Stephanie Strozak for all of her hard work with the Certification program.  HR Martin has been awarded the 2016 SHRM Learning System Champion status.  The SHRM Learning System Champion status is a recognition of our chapter’s hard work to elevate the HR profession through professional development and HR knowledge among members, gained from SHRM certification.



HR Martin is awarded the Platinum Shape Award for 2014

The award is part of the SHRM Affiliate Program for Excellence, which aligns individual chapters and councils with SHRM’s goals. The award recognizes accomplishments and strategic activities and initiatives that enhance the human resources profession.
