The Grey Area of (Sexual) Workplace Harassment

Presented By:

Karin Bosman

Experience Expert, About Workplace Harassment

Description of the Presentation:

This presentation is an interactive workshop and we prefer to call it an awareness session about sexual workplace harassment. We discuss all subjects on this topic; the definition, recognition and prevention. Why with all knowledge available sexual workplace harassment still is an increasing problem introduces the main topic of this session; the grey area of sexual workplace harassment and how personal boundaries in reflection towards others are of influence or even create this so called grey area.

The practical element of this awareness session is the Dilemma-game developed by AWH. With the game we visualize personal boundaries and show the importance to find out in which way personal boundaries has an effect on workplace harassment. With this awareness we achieve a new form of prevention.
