Professional Development Scholarship

Each year, HR Martin awards 2 lucky recipients a professional development scholarship worth $500.  The member can use the scholarship for a variety of professional development endeavors, including attendance at a seminar/workshop related to the HR field, a prep course for certification, or college courses in an HR discipline.  HR Martin awards a member in the spring and again in the fall.

We are pleased to announce that Maria Lopez-Ruiz is the recipient of the Spring 2017 scholarship!  President-elect, Lisa Ashmore, presented the scholarship to Maria at May’s membership meeting.

!!! Congratulations Maria !!!

The chapter will award another scholarship in October, 2017.  To review the criteria, please visit: http://www.hrmartin.org/PDScholarship.  If you meet the criteria, complete an application and submit to President-elect Lisa Ashmore.
